Ethical Standards

1. Integrity

  • Section 1.1: All members, Directors, officers, and volunteers shall conduct themselves with honesty and integrity in all activities and interactions.

3. Accountability

  • Section 3.1: Members, Directors, officers, and volunteers shall be accountable for their actions and decisions and shall act in the best interests of the organization and its beneficiaries.

  • Section 3.2: Financial accountability shall be maintained through transparent and accurate financial reporting and management.

4. Transparency

  • Section 4.1: The organization shall maintain open and transparent communication with its members, stakeholders, and the public.

  • Section 4.2: All activities, decisions, and financial transactions shall be conducted in a transparent manner.

5. Confidentiality

  • Section 5.1: Confidential information related to the organization and its members, beneficiaries, and partners shall be protected and not disclosed without proper authorization.

  • Section 5.2: Members, Directors, officers, and volunteers shall respect the privacy and confidentiality of all individuals associated with the organization.

6. Professionalism

  • Section 6.1: All individuals associated with the organization shall conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior.

  • Section 6.2: Conflicts of interest shall be avoided, and any potential conflicts shall be disclosed and addressed appropriately.

 7. Inclusivity and Diversity

  • Section 7.1: The organization shall promote inclusivity and diversity, and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin.

  • Section 7.2: The organization shall create an inclusive environment that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals.

8. Ethical Decision-Making

  • Section 8.1: Decisions shall be made based on ethical principles, and shall consider the potential impact on the organization, its beneficiaries, and the community.

  • Section 8.2: Members, Directors, officers, and volunteers shall seek guidance and consult with others when faced with ethical dilemmas or uncertainties.

9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Section 9.1: The organization shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in its operations and activities.

  • Section 9.2: Legal and regulatory requirements shall be adhered to at all times, and any violations shall be promptly addressed.

10. Promotion of Ethical Culture

  • Section 10.1: The organization shall promote an ethical culture by providing training and education on ethical standards and behavior to its members, Directors, officers, and volunteers.

  • Section 10.2: Ethical conduct shall be recognized and encouraged, and any unethical behavior shall be promptly addressed.
