❓ السؤال | Question | Question (Français)

• العربية: عندي صلوات فائتة عن سنوات ماضية، هل يجب الترتيب في القضاء؟ وهل الأفضل أن أصلي مع كل صلاة حاضرة صلاة أو اثنتين حسب المقدرة؟ وما هو الحد الأدنى للقضاء في اليوم الواحد؟

  
  

• English: I have missed prayers from past years. When making them up, must I follow the order? Is it better to pray one or two missed prayers with each current prayer according to ability? What is the minimum daily requirement for making up missed prayers?

  
  

• Français: J’ai des prières manquées des années passées. Dois‑je respecter l’ordre en les rattrapant ? Est‑il préférable de prier une ou deux prières manquées avec chaque prière actuelle selon mes capacités ? Quel est le minimum quotidien pour rattraper les prières manquées ?

✅ الجواب | Answer | Réponse

• العربية: الصلاة عماد الدين، وتركها كبيرة من الكبائر. من تركها عمدًا ثم تاب فعليه أن يجدد إيمانه ويتوب توبة نصوحًا. جمهور العلماء قال بوجوب قضاء ما فات من الصلوات، فإن عرف عددها قضاها، وإن لم يعرف صلّى ما يغلب على الظن أنه يبرئ ذمته. يقضيها في أي وقت من الليل أو النهار، والأحوط أن يقضي في اليوم الواحد صلوات يومين على الأقل مع مراعاة الترتيب.

• English: Prayer is the pillar of religion, and abandoning it is a major sin. Whoever deliberately neglected it and then repented must renew his faith and repent sincerely. The majority of scholars hold that missed prayers must be made up. If their number is known, they should be made up; if not, one should pray enough to reasonably clear his obligation. They may be made up at any time, day or night, and it is recommended to make up at least two days’ worth of prayers daily, observing the proper order.

• Français: La prière est le pilier de la religion, et l’abandonner est un grand péché. Celui qui l’a délaissée volontairement puis s’est repenti doit renouveler sa foi et se repentir sincèrement. La majorité des savants affirment que les prières manquées doivent être rattrapées. Si leur nombre est connu, elles doivent être rattrapées ; sinon, il faut prier suffisamment pour libérer sa responsabilité. Elles peuvent être rattrapées à tout moment, jour ou nuit, et il est recommandé de rattraper au moins deux jours de prières par jour, en respectant l’ordre.
